Natasha and ``Tamara invite you to join them for this beautiful afternoon hosted at Space at The Mill.

Tamara will guide us through a grounding Mandala practice. Mandala Yoga is a playful vinyasa flow moving 360° around the mat. You'll move with the rhythm of your breath through strong poses and a creative sequence. We open & close with yin to complement the subtle and physical body, leaving you centred and steady in the mind and body. There will be a pause between yoga and weaving for heart opening cacao and light healthy refreshments along with herbal teas served!

Join Natasha whilst we capture seasonal flowers within a piece of woven textiles, using the mindful craft of weaving.

You will be guided by Natasha on the fundamentals of woven textile design, and over the course of a few hours you will choose various yarns and flowers to create your very own unique wall hanging, that will capture the long summer days.

About your hosts

Natasha has qualifications in textile design up to MA level, and hosts workshops regularly for many clients, notably the RHS and Gucci. Her art practice explores how textiles can be a bridge between her and her experience of Nature.

Eight years ago, Tamara was introduced to yoga at a time when she needed it the most. Yoga became a doorway to stillness, strength and appreciation for her body and life.Since completing her teacher training, she founded ‘In Present Company’, a weekly community yoga club at Altogether Otherwise.Tamara’s teaching comes from the heart, weaving in philosophy with a strong emphasis on breath and personal integrity. Inviting you to explore your inner landscape and meet yourself where you are.
