OEDL Fall 2026 General Membership Meeting + Package Pickup

The OEDL will hold its mandatory general membership meeting on Monday, September 14th at Avenuers NYB (1226 S. 2nd Street) beginning promptly at 7:30 PM. Every Tuesday and Thursday night team (not just bar) must send one representative, either a captain or another designated member of the team, to the meeting or they will face a penalty of 3 points in league standings this season. One player can represent both a Tuesday and Thursday night team if they play in both leagues.
All teams must have their complete (individual and sponsor) fees paid before the start of the meeting to receive their fall packets and official league dartboard(s). See below for a breakdown of fees and instructions on payment. A failure to pay league fees will result in penalty points being assigned on an escalating scale. 5 points will be assigned if dues are not received by the conclusion of the General Membership Meeting. 10 points will be assigned if dues are not received by the following Board of Directors meeting. 15 points will be assigned if dues have not been received by any additional Board of Directors meeting.
We will be giving out dartboards to all teams to be used during the fall 2026 and spring 2027 seasons, will have new out charts available to those who need them, we'll review league news and rules and regulation updates, and we'll distribute folders with reminders about league protocols plus scratch score sheets to use for fall.
As a reminder, the Board has elected to raise player fees to $40 for one season or $70 for both Fall and Spring; this decision was made to keep up with rising operating costs including DartConnect fees, apparel, trophies, and the OEDL banquet.
The fees for sponsors venues are remaining the same with rates of $250.00 for a first Tuesday night team, $150.00 for a second team, and one hundred twenty-five ($125.00) dollars for each addition team for the full year. Each sponsor that enters a team for only the Fall or Spring half-seasons shall pay dues of two hundred ($200.00) dollars for the first team, one hundred twenty-five ($125.00) for the second team, and one hundred ($100.00) dollars for each additional team for that half-season only. Sponsor fees for Thursday night darts are $225.00 dollars for the first team, $125.00 dollars for the second team, and $100.00 dollars for each additional team for the full year.
Our treasurer ***WILL NOT*** be collecting individual player dues - this is the Captain's responsibility. Collective fees may be paid directly to Bill Moriarty, League Treasurer, via Cash/Check at the membership meeting, or Venmo to @William-Moriarty-1 at any time before the meeting. If using Venmo, please include your Team Name, Sponsor Name, and a breakdown of players' dues that are included in the payment.
