Celebrate this holiday season with an unforgettable dining experience that sparkles with Christmas cheer!Join us backstage at The Orion on Saturday December 13 for a cozy, candlelit evening featuring a five-course meal inspired by a traditional Bavarian Winter Feast.
This special December dinner combines old world warmth and a rustic technique with Southern soul, crafted by Chef Josh Quick of Florence’s beloved Odette. Each dish highlights locally and sustainably-sourced ingredients, bringing warmth, flavor, and a touch of elegance to your holiday season.
Seatings start at 5:30 PM, with the last seating of the night at 6:45 PM. Tickets are $92 + tax (adults) and $56 + tax (children.) Gratuity and non-alcoholic beverages are included in the price of each ticket, along with a complimentary glass of wine. We welcome guests to arrive 10 minutes before the reservation time. THE MENU
Course one:
Lentil soup - leeks, carrots, celery root, shaved country ham
Course two:
Radicchio and apple salad - turnip root, cider vinaigrette, caraway creme fraîche, fennel pollen
Course three:
Smoked duck sausage - warm potato salad, pickled mustard seeds, frisée
Course four:
Holstein schnitzel - sour cream potatoes, charred broccolini, sunny quail egg, lemon-anchovy vinaigrette, crispy capers
Course five:
Berliner pfannkuchen - warm fried dough, blackberry jam, rose sugar
