Rules & Information
1. All judges' decisions are final.
2. If you are late for any event, points will be deducted. If you are late for line up, you will not be eligible for any side awards.
3. No Poor sportsmanship
4. You may compete your age as of October 17th, 2025
5. No PayPal payments accepted at the door. We will accept cash app, Venmo and Zelle with a 4% fee added.
6. All photos must be turned in at registration Friday.
7. Hair/Make-up and dressing areas will be provided all weekend in the venue.
8. No refunds, transfers or credits will be given.
9. No plus points allowed.
10. Door admission is $35.00 for ages 16 & up, 9-15 $10.00, 8 years and under free. If you wait until Sunday badges will be $45.00 16 & up and $20.00 for kids
11. No discount may be combined except the referral discount and sibling discount.
12. Last day to send a PayPal payment is October 10th, 2025.
13. Judges will be available for questions after all awards; toys & gifts are awarded. You have 2 minutes with the judges and will be timed. Not being rude, just need to get everyone in and out in a timely manner. This is where you will pick up your scoresheets and photos. If you do not pick up your scoresheets that day, they will not be available at a later date.
14. Photos can NOT be used as your plus one.
15. After crowning we will ask for you to stay for photos for our promotions throughout the year. This will be done before you go to the toy tables.
16. No cameras or video equipment are allowed in the ballroom.
17. Crowning will be Sunday morning. Nothing can be left in your hotel room after checkout time, or they will charge you for an extra night.
18. On stage photos and videos will be PbMW Photography.
19. Armbands must be purchased and worn to enter the ballroom.
20. No food or drinks in the ballrooms.
