About this Event

We’re honoring the centuries-long tradition with our annual Octoberfest Celebration and we'll be kicking off the festivities with a VIP Octoberfest Beer Dinner!

Enjoy a four course meal of seasonal fall dishes, each paired with a traditional German-style beer. One of our senior brewery ambassadors will walk the group through each pairing, talking through the tasting notes and nuances of each course. End the experience with dessert and a barrel aged beer in our underground, stringlit Bier Keller. Check out the menu below:

• Butternut squash soup with traces of fresh apple, creme fraiche drizzle, candied walnuts, dried cranberries, green onions, and crostini
• Traditional German bratwurst with whole grain Dijon mustard, and fire roasted peppers and onions
• Marinated pork tenderloin glazed with house-made apple BBQ sauce, served with roasted root vegetables
• Warm apple bread pudding with salted caramel
