Rooted in Reflection
The practice of reflection helps us see ourselves and our world more clearly. One of the ways to reflect is to journal, essentially writing down our thoughts and observations. In the process we often arrive at new understandings.
In this segment of Wild Church, Gabi will encourage us to use journaling to answer specific questions or to simply tend to that which feeds our spirit in the natural world.
Gabi is married, mother to one daughter and grandmother to two young girls. She has been a practitioner of psychotherapy for many years and is herself someone who journals dreams, observations, and, occasionally, poems.
