Emily Barnhill will lead us through a transformative sound bath that will leave you feeling rooted, radiant, and rested.
A sound bath is a unique and therapeutic experience that uses the power of sound to help you release stress, ease tension, and find harmony within. In this event, you will be guided to go inward as you bask in a symphony of sounds.
Emily is a certified practitioner of sound healing, with a bachelor’s degree in music therapy. She has a decade of experience working as a private instructor of voice, piano, guitar, and ukulele. Sound healing has become her biggest passion and she’s so excited to share it with our community. It’s her goal to use sound healing to promote relaxation, decrease inflammation, and reduce pain or discomfort, within the body not just physically, but also mentally and emotionally.
