This pairing of restorative yoga & Thai bodywork will consist of a slow, unfurling practice of nourishing, supported Yoga poses (think lots of props and held for 5-15 minutes) enhanced with hands-on bodywork and energetic clearing.
What to expect:
~ Sitting in circle / Introductions / Oracle card pull
~ Intention setting
~ Guidance into poses and how to best support your body
~ Meditation
~ Bodywork
This month our gathering inspiration comes from the "Sweetest Day". The theme is all things sweet. Originating in the Great Lakes Region, it's said to have started in 1916 as a reminder that small gifts, thoughtful words or deeds enrich the lives of both the giver and receiver. Participants of this circle are encouraged to bring a small gift (anything, really. Flowers, incense, handwritten note, candle, etc) that we will trade with each other as part of the experience.
This offering is put together by Krystal Sarki of Red Water Roots, offering birth and bodywork support in the Fargo-Moorhead area and Caroline McGuire of CJM Yoga, offering unique local yoga classes, especially for the maternal body.
