Nationwide, three million acres are lost each year to alien plants. Removal is expensive and time- consuming. Learn what makes these plants so damaging and how gardeners can restore ecological balance to our neighborhoods.
A master landscape design consultant and the assistant director at Roaring Brook, Margery manages the Center’s native plant gardens and is an advocate for natives in our designed landscapes. She is also chairman of the Inland Wetland Conservation Commission and president of the Simsbury Land Trust.
*Masks are required regardless of vaccination status.
