Is reading a struggle in your homeschool? Whether you have a reluctant reader, a child who finds reading unusually difficult, or you're wondering whether dyslexia may be part of the picture, this panel is designed to give you encouragement, insight, and practical ideas.
Join us for an evening with three women bringing different experiences and perspectives to the conversation:
J’me Shillig will share practical ways to encourage and support reluctant readers.
Allyson Gardner is a dyslexia-certified tutor who will share insights and strategies for helping struggling readers.
Meredith Weekly is a teacher with extensive experience in dyslexia and reading and will offer additional perspective and tools for families.
We'll talk about reading challenges, dyslexia, reluctant readers, and ways parents can better support their children at home. There will also be plenty of time for questions and discussion.
Wednesday, October 28
5:30–7:00 PM
Custom Class Building
57 N 500 E, St. George, UT 84770
