Please join us for our October NHP Meeting on Thursday, October 6 at 12noon at the Longbranch Cafe & Bakery at 100 E. Jackson St, Carbondale. Kandi Wallis, RSVPofSI Project Director (Retired Senior Volunteer Program) is for individuals over the age of 55. She will present the health benefits of volunteering both mentally and physically as we age.
