Monthly Theme - Embracing the Shadow, finding wisdom in the darkness within and around us.

We will spend time in reflection/journaling, sharing in the group, doing a powerful guided visualization, and ritual all related to the theme.

• The main entrance to this office building is to the left of Wigglin Out.
• If the doors are not unlocked, use door code 5960#.
• The space is upstairs. You can use the stairs or elevator. At the top of the stairs, make a right and head to the end of the hall.

Bring

• journal and pen
• something to drink, with a lid

What to Wear

• Darker colors to honor the fall season and theme of 'Embracing the shadow' - think plums, black, browns, etc.

NOTE - This is a kid-free event, but babies in arms are always welcome :)
