October Monthly Meeting. Tuesday October 14. As always the evening starts with Dinner at and Social Hour at 5:30 PM. The business meeting will follow at approximately 6:30 PM. This month's Guest Speaker is retired Navy Captain Mark Wegge. Mark served as a P-3 Orion Tactical Navigator (TacNav) and Tactical Officer (Tacco) with Patrol Squadron Seventeen (VP-17) in the mid-1980s. The P-3 served as a vital multi-role platform during the Cold War and into the 21st Century. Come and learn how to conduct a submarine prosecution from the Search Phase through Localization, Tracking and if need be the Attack Phase.
