October Meetup: Spooky Sweets! 👻
Advertisement
It's October, which means we're going full Spooky Sweets for this one! 🎃👻
Here's the twist: flavor is wide open this month. Anything goes. What we're after is the LOOK. Ghosts, spiderwebs, tombstones, eyeballs, dripping caramel, monster faces, whatever your imagination does. Cute-spooky counts just as much as creepy-spooky. 🕷️
Costumes are 100% encouraged but never required. 🧙♀️
📅 Wednesday, October 21
🕙 10:00 AM
📍 Lower Lodge Seating Area, Hideaway, TX
Family-friendly as always, and this is a really fun one to bring the kids to! 🍬
What to bring:
🍪 A spooky-looking baked item
📝 Your recipe (printed, written, or on your phone) because we swap!
💬 Your story: what inspired you, how it went, any flops you learned from
We'll taste everything, vote in three categories, and swap recipes. Voting this month: Best Costume (for your bake), Creepiest Creation, and Crowd Favorite. 🏆
Hideaway Bakers is a free neighborhood baking group open to all skill levels. Beginners very welcome! 🥰
