October Lunch and Learn - The Ethics of Caring for the People Who Care: Leadership and Sustainable

Nonprofit organizations exist to make our communities better, but sometimes the people doing that work pay too high a price. This session moves the burnout conversation beyond self-care and asks a bigger question: What responsibility do nonprofit leaders, boards, and organizations have to create healthy, sustainable workplaces?
As part of this annual gathering, the chapter will also host its Annual Meeting, including updates and the election of new Board members.
