In this FREE laughter yoga session, we'll choose to laugh - not because anything is particularly funny - but just because we can!We'll accomplish this through a series of simple exercises (clapping, breathing, happiness boosters, and laughter). You can think of it kind of like a yoga class, except instead of stretching, we laugh!
No experience, special clothing, or equipment necessary. All exercises can be completed either standing or sitting in a chair (depending on your preference).
The session will last about 25 minutes, with a little time for socializing at the end.
