Introduction to Watercolour Painting using Landscapes

October 14th, 15th and 16th, 2025. 2 hours each class.

This is a 3 evening workshop with instructor Ken Crawford at Gallery 33, 4 Balsam St., Thunder Bay, ON.
Time: 6:30pm to 8:30pm. $100.00 +HST per person.
All supplies included.
Each workshop is limited to 6 participants. This workshop is for those who are beginning with watercolours and want to gain more confidence with this medium.
The workshop is 3 evenings long, 2 hours each.
Learn about getting started, organization and care of materials, choosing pigments, Mixing Paint, Care and Use of the Brushes, Different Washes. Beginning a painting by Day 2. Painting the elements of the Landscape (skies, trees, rocks and water). Finishing a simple landscape inspired painting using negative painting techniques.
Students will receive a binder of notes with activities completed during the class.
