The full moon invites us to pause, reflect, and make space for what is ready to emerge. It is an opportunity to step away from the noise of everyday life, reconnect with ourselves, and experience the quiet power of gathering in community.
Guided by Shyah Dickerson of Welcome Ohm, this monthly circle offers a gentle space for intention-setting, energetic balancing, and sharing from the heart. Each month will differ slightly depending on the moon and circle. What's constant is Reiki, breathwork, gentle movement, and collective reflection; we create room to release, restore, and return to ourselves.
Whether you are familiar with these practices or simply curious, you are welcome exactly as you are, and we trust that you will leave with a little more room to breathe and carry forward whatever you are ready to nurture.
