Join Alana & Christine for Flying Nidra & Sound. Yoga Nidra is known as "yogic sleep", a guided practice following specific steps to bring you into a deep state of conscious awareness. You'll be guided through creating an intention, finding breath within the body, a full body scan and observing feelings and thoughts. Participants will experience deep relaxation in our Aerial Yoga swings being fully supported above the mat while the the room is filled with the sounds of crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, ocean drum and native american flute to enhance your state of bliss. Dress comfortably, in loose fitting clothes without buttons, snaps or zippers. You can even wear your pajamas if you'd like! Bring an eye pillow to enhance your practice, it is highly recommended!
***15 swings and 5 floor nidra nests available. The 1st 15 participants signed up will receive a swing unless requesting a floor space. Online booking is not available at this time. Comment or message to reserve your spot or sign up at the studio!
