How different might our relationships be if, before reacting, defending or blaming, we first took a moment to look at ourselves — and truly listened to understand?
This October, Community Night continues our exploration of the Integrity Principles with **Principle #9: Look in the Mirror First, Then Respond** and **Principle #10: Listen First, Speak Second.**
Together, we’ll explore what it means to pause before reacting, take responsibility for our own part in a situation, and become curious about what may be happening within us. From there, we’ll practice one of the most powerful tools for creating stronger relationships: **listening to understand rather than simply waiting for our turn to speak.**
These principles invite us to bring greater awareness, ownership and intention into our communication — whether with a partner, family member, friend, coworker or ourselves.
**Level 1 gives us the tools. Community Night gives us a place to keep practicing them.**
Come reconnect with the community, deepen the work and discover what can shift when we choose reflection over reaction and understanding over being right.
