Unlocking Hidden Dimensions of Client Success:
How to Leverage Client Networks for Greater Impact and Revenue with guest presenter Will Gossin
Coaching is a powerful catalyst for human development—helping clients navigate challenges, seize new opportunities, and realize their potential. But groundbreaking research from the University of Chicago reveals an untapped frontier for coaches: harnessing the power of their clients’ broader networks.
Coaching, at its core, occurs within a social context. That context—comprised of relationships, opportunities, and barriers—can either constrain or propel client progress. By understanding these social dynamics, coaches can more accurately assess client needs and craft interventions that amplify client growth, enhance resilience, and drive sustainable success.
In this interactive workshop, you will:
Discover how social capital and networking are pivotal determinants of client success.
Explore the evolution of the job market—how workers and organizations have established “fit” over the past century across three distinct eras—and why many coaching frameworks must now be updated.
Through interactive cases, learn to assess and integrate these new dimensions into your coaching practice to create more nuanced, effective interventions.
Bonus: Learn how to leverage your client networks as a powerful and trustworthy source of referrals, enhancing your revenue and reputation.
Event Schedule:
Networking from 6 - 6:30 pm
Session start at 6:30 pm
Networking from 8 - 8:30 pm
