The season is shifting, and the year is coming to a close. Let us reflect together on a guided gratitude scavenger hunt through the trails of Angelica Creek Park! The afternoon begins with finding gratitude in a Welcome Circle, then Kate Sufflet will help us embrace the seasonal shift on a reflective nature walk. With the help of simple prompts, quiet observation, and gentle reflection, participants of this quarter's reset program will explore gratitude in a way that feels natural, playful, and grounding. We will close out our afternoon with a guided meditation and some cozy time around the campfire.
This program is best suited for teens and adults.
