In partnership with USC’s Sexual Assault and Violence Intervention & Prevention (SAVIP) office, we are offering a self-defense workshop free of charge to all Columbia faculty, staff, and students. Space is limited, so register today.This is a hands-on, interactive workshop. Wear comfortable clothing.

a strong warrior mindset while equipping you with practical
tools for personal safety. Through hands-on instruction, you

- Build confidence, awareness, and preparedness in everyday situations
