A Pizza Making Experience!This is a pizza LEARNING class, I teach you how to make the dough, sauce, stretch, assemble, launch and bake. I also teach you how to toss a pizza dough in the air. Steel Plate discussion for your home oven also discussed.
You get a recipe and a single cup to make your own dough at home. 2.5 hrs. of instruction, 1 hr. of students making their own pizza.
I also do Team Building events, 1:1, Lunch & Learns and Ooni/wood fired oven training as well.
