Over the past two years, the San Francisco Parks Alliance has been working alongside the Market / Octavia Community Advisory Committee, the SF Planning Department and community members throughout the neighborhood to develop a comprehensive commemoration for the teardown of the Central Freeway and its impact on the social and environmental fabric of our city.
