During this class, local herbalist Josie Albin will provide a strong infusion of seven different herbs for you to sample. During the tastings, you'll learn about each herbs' flavor profile, traditional herbal properties, and how it can be used in tea blends. We'll also discuss how different herbs compliment one another to create balanced, enjoyable teas.
After tasting each herb you'll create your own personalized tea blend using your favorite 3 flavors to take home and enjoy. Supplies will be provided to put the loose leaf blend into bags.

Meet local Herbalist Josie Albin of Josie's Naturals LLC on Saturday, Sept 26th. Josie began her herbal journey in January 2022 through coursework, extensive research, and growing many of the herbs used in her products. She enjoys sharing with others the importance herbs have on our health and well-being while creating clean products for her family and customers. She currently sells her products in local shops, online, and at vendor events.
