Oct 15 School Board Meeting

The School Board has again Shut You Out. The Impasse Hearing will be October 16 at 9:30am...while you're at work. The regular Board meeting on the 15th will be our only chance to fill the room with educators wearing RED (CTA members wear your CTA shirt). Showing up to a meeting like this MAKES A DIFFERENCE. It puts pressure on the board to consider how their decisions will IMPACT our educators.

We are also looking for at least 5 people to speak during the 4pm public comment period about feeling a lack of RESPECT in the district. While they won't let anyone speak about bargaining specifically, they will let you speak about RESPECT, MICROMANAGEMENT, being OVERWORKED, UNDERPAID, and having lack of working A/C, etc.
