Oconee County Jr. Chef Club Meetings 2025-2026

Join fellow 4-H members as we explore the world of cooking together! Learn to plan deliciously balanced, heart-healthy meals, practice basic culinary skills, and discover how food connects us to cultures, communities, and each other.

Whether you're a beginner or a budding chef, this club is all about building confidence in the kitchen, trying new flavors, and having fun with friends who think cooking is cool!

• Hands-on cooking and ingredient planning
• Explore global flavors and food traditions
• Learn kitchen safety and culinary basics
• Run for club office and learn meeting logistics
• Share laughter, creativity, and great food!

• ($15/year)You may attend one meeting before enrolling in 4-H.
• No cooking experience required!

April 27 – PIES and Officer Elections! Vote on Final Meeting Plans.

May 25 – MEMORIAL DAY, no meeting.

June 22 – End-of-Year Picnic!

October - Halloween Theme & Year Kickoff

November – Healthy Holidays

December – No Meeting

January – Officer Elections

February - Officer Trainings

March–April – Monthly Cooking Topics (TBD)

May – Vote on Final Meeting Plans

June – End-of-Year Picnic!

Membership requirement:

Current 4-H membership in is required for participation in this club. Prospective may attend one meeting before joining 4H.
