Atticus LeBlanc - Founder and CEO
Atticus has been an entrepreneur since 2005 and founded PadSplit, the country’s largest coliving marketplace, in
2017.
He structured PadSplit as a public benefit corporation with a social impact mission to help solve the affordable
housing crisis, one room at a time. Through its shared housing model, PadSplit aligns incentives between property
owners, cities and those who seek affordable housing, which allows residents to save more money and dramatically
improve their lives. PadSplit currently offers more than 12,000 shared housing units and has housed more than
24,000 people across multiple markets in the U.S. The median income for PadSplit residents is $27,600 annually.
Before founding PadSplit, Atticus served as an affordable housing developer and contractor for more than a decade.
He still serves as co-founder and co-managing partner of Stryant Investments and Stryant Construction, which
specializes in adaptive reuse of existing buildings.
A recognized thought leader on housing solutions, he has presented at MIT, UC Berkeley, and the U.S. Chamber of
Commerce Foundation and has been featured in the New York Times, Forbes, Inc. (magazine), and TechCrunch. He
has served as the chair of ULI’s UrbanPlan Education Initiative, co-chaired ULI’s Design For Affordability Task Force
in 2018, and serves in multiple civic and volunteer capacities. He was named a Corporate Citizen of the Year in 2021
by the Atlanta Business Chronicle.
Atticus graduated from Yale University with a BA in Architecture and lives in Decatur, GA, with his wife, their four
boys, two dogs, and lots of chickens.
Adam Kolojejchick-Kotch is the Chief Growth Officer at PadSplit, the country’s largest coliving marketplace specifically designed for the workforce.
At PadSplit, Adam is responsible for market growth, managing the sales, general management, and marketing departments. Prior to this role, Adam was responsible for building out the company’s operations, customer experience, general management and market launch functions. His focus is growing the PadSplit housing inventory to help individuals find stable, quality, affordable housing.
Before joining PadSplit, Adam spent three years at EY Parthenon and another three years at Deloitte, where he supported clients on mergers and acquisitions, growth strategies, and capital management. He has also served as a part-time real estate investor and coliving operator.
Adam is currently part of the 2023 LEAD Atlanta cohort and on the board of directors for Atlanta’s Old Fourth Ward Business Association.
As a proponent of sustainable urban development, Adam hasn’t owned a car in more than a decade. In his free time he can be found exploring downtown Atlanta (via walking, public transit, or biking) and its surrounding neighborhoods with his partner, Jennica. He also enjoys fly fishing, golfing, cooking, exploring new food and wine, and, most of all, getting back to his beloved Idaho wilderness.
