Volunteer Orientation is SUNDAY June 9th at 1:00 PM Central Time and will take place upstairs at the Texas Theatre!
The Oak Cliff Film Festival is looking for energetic, enthusiastic, and devoted volunteers who are able to dedicate their time to help run the Festival. Volunteer positions are available in all capacities, including box office, ushers, event management, tech/media, drivers, VIP hospitality, grip/setup, and more! Opportunities are open to all applicants over the age of 16 that are outgoing, hardworking, team players.
Volunteers who complete their obligation to OCFF are entitled to:
(1) individual screening voucher for every 4-hour shift completed. Vouchers can be redeemed for tickets at the OCFF Box Office and are transferable.
(1) OCFF 2024 T-Shirt upon Sign-Up for at least (2) shifts and attendance at Orientation OR completion of (2) shifts, whichever is first.
A unique networking opportunity to meet new people and make connections with other filmmakers and film lovers.
On-site training by OCFF staff members.

Drivers must have reliable access to their own vehicle that is clean and in good condition with working A/C. All drivers will be required to provide proof of valid license AND insurance for approval by the OCFF Transportation Department prior to the start of the shift.

ATTN: If you could not attend orientation, NO WORRIES! You can still sign up for shifts and we will reach out with all the information you need!
Orientation will be at Texas Theatre (address below) June 9th at 1:00 PM Central Time.
You'll get a primer on what to expect for the fest, meet the venue captains, a box office tutorial, and a bit of festival prep.
Volunteer Orientation is not mandatory, but it is encouraged to attend. If you are unable to attend Orientation, please let us know so we can arrange to train you at your first shift.
