This episode of World Music Monday features special guests Laura Harada and Tim O'Keefe. Tim and Laura play music from all over world, with a special focus on seemingly contrasting music from the Middle East and Brazil.For this duo appearance they will play a mix of traditional and new composed pieces from Armenia, Turkey, Azerbaijan, Egypt, Tunisia, Iran, France, and Northeast Brazil. Expect lots of strings and drums including oud, buzuq, violin, Egyptian tabla, daff, and pandeiro.
