• Intention Setting: Begin the evening by setting personal intentions or identifying what you wish to release. The full moon’s energy will support you in this process of renewal.

• Grounding and Centering: We’ll guide you through a grounding practice to connect with the Earth and prepare your mind and body to receive the healing vibrations.

• Lunar-Inspired Soundscape: Immerse yourself in a soothing sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls, chimes, gentle handpan drum, and vocal tones, all carefully selected to resonate with the energy of the full moon. These sounds will help to clear energetic blockages, illuminate your subconscious, and promote emotional release. You may hear the waves, gently lapping in the background.
