• Grounding and Centering: We’ll guide you through grounding exercises to connect with the Earth and prepare your mind and body to receive the healing vibrations.

• Lunar-Inspired Soundscape: Immerse yourself in a soothing sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls, chimes, gentle drums, and vocal tones, all carefully selected to resonate with the energy of the full moon. These sounds will help to clear energetic blockages, illuminate your subconscious, and promote emotional release.

• Guided Visualization: Allow yourself to be guided on a journey of reflection and renewal, visualizing the cleansing and illuminating power of the moonlight.
