Ready to make a splash? Join the FRWFL Training Club for our most refreshing workout of the summer! We'll mix running and walking intervals in the ocean and along the beautiful Fort Lauderdale beach for a fun challenge that's guaranteed to leave you smiling—and soaked.
We'll meet by the restrooms across from Bahia Mar. Be sure to bring a towel, along with your favorite beer or soft drink and a sandwich to enjoy at our beach picnic after the workout.
