Ocean Oasis Sound Bath

Join Michelle as she creates a sacred container of relaxing sounds that support the body’s natural healing processes. Dip into alpha, theta, and delta brain wave states as sound and vibration wash over you. Enter into expanded awareness to sounds of ocean disk, drumming, and crystal bowls. You will experience breath work and a brief guided meditation in this reiki infused session.

No experience necessary, beginners are welcome! Comfort is key:

•Bring a thick yoga mat, a neck pillow, and thin blanket for comfort

• Great date night option or time with your bestie to explore the benefits of sound healing!

•Doors close promptly at 7pm.

*YogaSix South Alexandria offers 90 minutes of validated parking in the Carlyle Crossings Retail Garage, located on Mill Rd. This Sound bath will go over the validated time, so you will be responsible for the remaining time of parking.
