Join us on Ocean Drive on June 21st for a performance from Bossa Fusion Quartet as part of the Ocean Drive Promenade Music Series, a free, weekly concert series presented by the Ocean Drive Association.
Pack a picnic blanket or lawn chair to stake out your seat on the lawn. Showtime is at 6:00 PM.Bossa Fusion is a muscial partnership between Tomati and Michelle Spinelli that began in 2005 in São Paulo, Brazil. Tomati—an iconic Brazilian guitarist known for his work as the house-band guitarist on Programa do Jô—invited Michelle Spinelli to join the Tomati Power Trio as a special guest.
Together, they developed their sound, blending Tomati’s Brazilian jazz-rock originals with contemporary bossa nova arrangements.Events (every Sunday!) are free and open to the public, and will take place in Lummus Park between 14th Street and 14th Place. Bring your chair, blanket, and picnic - ENJOY! Rainy-day location is inside The Betsy Hotel!
