Not your typical grief support group, welcome to our Widow & Widower's Dinner Meetup.

Losing a spouse can feel incredibly isolating, especially when it seems like the rest of the world keeps moving forward. This group was created to offer a warm, supportive, and emotionally safe space for widows and widowers to connect with others who truly understand the experience of losing a partner.

Whether your loss is recent or many years ago, you are welcome here.

This is not a formal therapy group, just a relaxed dinner gathering where we can share conversation, companionship, support, laughter, memories, or simply enjoy being around people who “get it.” There is absolutely no pressure to talk or share more than you feel comfortable with.

Our hope is to create genuine community, connection, and friendship for those navigating grief, healing, and life after the loss of a spouse.

Come as you are. You do not have to go through this alone.
