Join us for our general monthly meeting the second Tuesday of the month where we enjoy catching up, followed by a bit of club business and sometimes a compelling guest speaker from the community!
For our October meeting, we are excited to have one of our members, Christina Stapke, RDN join us and present on nutrition to increase energy and strength. Additionally, we will be doing a Chili potluck. Attendees are also encouraged to dress in their Autumn or Spooky best 🎃
*For members, please see the sign-up for a specific food, drink, sides, etc. For non-members, please just show up and enjoy! We'll have plenty of food to go around. If you have any dietary restrictions, feel free to bring your own dinner and drink.
