OUR MONTHLY TRAINING CONTINUES....Attention keen Obstacle Racers!
Ready to kick up your obstacle training in prep for an upcoming OCR event?
Whether it be TRUE GRIT, SPARTAN, RAW or any other fun obstacle event, we have you covered for training!
WE EVEN HAVE THE TWISTER!
There are some big events coming up, so make sure you get some good training in!
We have our monthly obstacle training session where you have a mini ‘race format’ style training session, combining cardio exercises along with a lot of the fun obstacles you see out in the racing events
Finish the ‘course’ under 2 hours, use the extra time to practice on the obstacles you need.
Only $25 for a good 2 hour workout
