Have you or your company been wondering recently: “How do we integrate AI in our business?”, “What could be the best application for AI in our workflow?”, “What use cases should we prioritize?”. There is a need for practical, clear, and responsible ways to identify real opportunities—not just AI buzzwords. That’s why created our AI-bootcamp in Milan, for a limited number of participants who want to try a new (structured) approach to AI.

A one-day, in-person limited-seats workshop in our studio in Milan designed for managers, product-owners, ops leads, and CX professionals who want to define clear, actionable opportunities for their services or teams. For those leading or shaping digital strategy, service innovation, or AI adoption—across industries.

We will guide you through the use of to map the value chain or workflow for your context and identify and prioritize the most valuable AI opportunities. It will be an intense and immersive hands-on day where to think deeply about your case and learn from other participants and our experience.

We are looking for a limited number of participants (max 7 from different organizations) for each session in order to dedicate enough time to everyone’s situation and ensure high quality outcomes.

• Intro into Human and AI cooperation. What happened passing from Human-Machine interaction paradigms to the age of AI and how things changed since GenAI explosion.
• What AI can do? More details on different use cases for AI and how can we think of them from augmentation to automation spectrum.
• How AI can appear? Understanding AI beyond the chatbots and seeing all the variety of the ways in which it can appear in a service or process.
• How does it affect services & processes? Examples of AI application throughout the whole value chain of the service understanding potential at different steps.
• How can we design and think about it? Introducing the full cycle of design for AI from scoping the opportunities to measuring the impacts with case studies.

since 2019, long before the GenAI hype. We've launched it in 2024 and have been testing on a variety of occasions and clients since then. For example, using it to map the opportunities across different processes led by MSF Italy to develop their AI strategy, helping an international pharma company ideate workflow improvements for their go to market process, ideating improvements for the HR process in a leading Japanese design consultancy, among other occasions where it was tested with Italian and international participants.

• Systemized knowledge on topic: each participant will receive a printed booklet accompanying the main themes of the talk where to highlight the most interesting parts and take notes for the further use and discussion.
• Your AI opportunity landscape: your mapped value chain and opportunity landscape that can become a starting point for defining the following AI strategy.
• All supporting materials: you will get your deck of cards and principles posters to bring home and use for all the possible following ideation sessions.

Each participant will be accompanied by our most experienced design leads , , to brainstorm direct implication of AI in their workflow or business, turning the bootcamp into a mix of training and individual consulting sessions.
