Oathkeepers Fire Conference 2025

Welcome to the 2025 Oathkeepers Fire Conference hosted and sponsored by the Warren County Career Center, Warren County Fire Chiefs Association, First In-Last Out Fire Equipment & Training, Joe Barr American Legion Post 194, Queen City F.O.O.L.S., KZOO F.O.O.L.S, SWMI SUAT, Elkhart Brass, Key Hose, Fire Maul Tools, At Quarters Creations, Citizens First Fire Training and IAFF Local 4286. The Oathkeepers Fire Conference began in 2017 with a mission to restore passion in the mastery of the basics, firemanship, and aggressive tactics for the people we as firefighters swore an oath to serve. The Oathkeepers Fire Conference Instructors are made up of experienced instructors from FILO, SWMI SUAT, BIB, Two In-Fire Out, 302 Training, Take the Door Training, Roughneck Firemanship, FD Tactics, Smooth Bore Cartel, Dixie Firemanship, Midwest Fire Tactics, Citizens First Fire Training, and multiple F.O.O.L.S. chapters from coast to coast. The instructors and organizations involved with the Oathkeepers Fire Conference recieve no monetary compenstation for teaching or hosting this annual event. The premise of the Oathkeepers Fire Conference is to provide affordable, top quality, experience based training and brotherhood. ALL money left over will be donated to help fund the WCCC Firefighter Training Facilities, and supporting the Firefighter Rescue Survey.

Every student will recieve top quality, passionate, and experience based instruction in Engine and Truck Operations. Each full conference registration will include the Lecture/ Fundraiser/ Social session on Friday October 10 from 3-11 PM and Social/ Roundtable event October 11 from 7-11 PM at the American Legion Post 194, 1 Day Engine Co. H.O.T., and 1 Day Truck Co. H.O.T. at WCCC on October 11-12. There will be numerous items raffled at the Friday night lecture event with ALL PROCEEDS FROM THE RAFFLE FUNDRAISERS AND THE 2025 OATHKEEPERS FIRE CONFERENCE DONATED TO THE FIREFIGHTER RESCUE SURVEY and WCCC Firefighter Training Facilities.

*7:00 - 8:30 PM- Ryan McMenamin and Thomas "Blatz" McMenamin- "Composed Under Pressure" Lessons learned from the 8th Street mayday fire

*8:45 - 10:15 PM- Garrett Crotty- "LIFE - FIRE - LAYOUT" A decision making model for the evolving fireground

*10:15 - 11:00 PM Raffle Draws/ Live Auction/ Closing

(ALL H.O.T. students will attend 1 Day of Engine and 1 Day of Truck H.O.T.)

*All students will need full structural firefighting PPE and SCBA w/ spare bottle.

*This training event is open to all certified firefighters
