The OASIS Programme is a partnership between NHS Education for Scotland and the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow to address the ongoing educational needs for international medical graduates (IMGs).
At the event you will hear from Dr Mo Al-Haddad, Associate Postgraduate Dean for IMGs at NHS Education for Scotland and guest speaker Cathy MacDonald, Owner and Director of Art of Communication and former Hostage and Crisis Negotiator with Police Scotland.
In this virtual session you will learn a range of skills and techniques to communicate and influence more effectively in the workplace. The session will provide helpful tactics to reduce tension when working in challenging situations and respond effectively.
