Oasis - Healing Her Way

We are opening up our garden space this fall for a new series led by LaDonna Goshow on Tuesday mornings 10a-11:30a.
This space will be for connection, support, and rest for mothers. LaDonna creates a safe and nurturing space that invites the mother to truly be cared for. Your baby is welcome here!
From LaDonna: We are meant to live in community. We are meant to be whole and well. We are the authors of our stories. There are many ways to create and share our stories without a pen, without saying it out loud. This time is to celebrate, honor, and simply be in all that is motherhood.
What to expect:
✨Herbal tea and other offerings from LaDonna’s garden.
✨Sharing about the joys and challenges of being a new mom with other moms through creation and journaling.
✨Practices to move stress and “stuck” emotions out of the body through simple movement, mindfulness and breathwork.
✨A welcome space for both you AND your baby.
This series will conclude with a fifth gathering (we will coordinate with the group on what date works best!). A breakfast pitch in. To celebrate our time and continue to find community beyond our time together.

Your Ticket Includes:

• Four facilitated gatherings in the garden at draft, where we will create, journal, and share.

• At the end of our four gatherings we will schedule a pitch in breakfast just to continue to connect and support one another on our journeys.

We will meet every other Tuesday from September 23rd to November 4th, from 10:00- 11:30am.

The dates of these Tuesday gatherings are:

September 23rd, October 7th, 21st, and November 4th.
