Oakwood Picnic - Sunday, October 12, 2025

The entire Oakwood community past and present is invited to attend Oakwood's second annual picnic featuring food, fun, and musical performances from current students. Entry to the event is FREE

You only need to register for 1 ticket per family, the number of family members attending will be filled out in the additional questions.

HOW TO GET THERE AND PARKING

The Oakwood Picnic will be held on private property and even though there’s no parking in the neighborhood, we've got you covered with shuttles or rideshare options!

Shuttle Service: Complimentary parking and shuttle service is available at the Radford Studio Center Lot at 4024 Radford Ave. in Studio City. Entrance to the parking lot is on Radford Ave. Enter through Gate A and continue on to the Stater parking garage for access to event parking.

A short ride on the free shuttle takes you straight to the Picnic and will bring you back to the lot. Shuttles will run from 1:30pm to 5:30pm. Please account for shuttle lines and plan accordingly.

Rideshare: OR choose to be dropped off by your favorite rideshare at the Wilacre Park Lot at 3431 Fryman Rd, Studio City, CA 91604. Crossing guards will be stationed at the light on Laurel Canyon.

Please remember, there is no parking at Hirsh Ranch nor in the surrounding neighborhood streets. Parking is prohibited on Laurel Hills Road and Sunshine Terrace.

WHAT TO BRING

A picnic blanket, picnic (or purchase food from one of our delicious food trucks, a mix of cash and cashless payment accepted), your favorite nonalcoholic beverage, a credit card if you want to get your hands on Oakwood merchandise, and sunblock.
