Oakengates Carnival is happening on Saturday 10th, September for a day of jam-packed entertainment! There will be a procession through the streets of Oakengates from 11am - 12pm, followed by a family fun day at Hartshill Park, 12pm - 8pm.Please join us in celebrating Oakengates by lining the streets and cheering on dance groups, stilt walkers, jugglers, a giant robot, unicyclist, vintage vehicles, and if you look closely, you might even spot Santa...
From 12pm, Hartshill Park will be host to our family fun day. We’ll have free kid’s activities including giant inflatables and an inflatable slide, a climbing wall, exotic zoo, circus performers, face painters, and SO much more! As well as entertainment on the Bandstand, the live music stage will host top local bands such as Dirty Rockin’ Scoundrels, and Something 4 The Weekend, Plus, we’ll have tasty street food and drinks, and lots of local businesses with stalls that you can enjoy.
