Crossfit Surf City and Hardkour Performance presents the first annual: OHKTOBERFEST FITNESS COMPETITION
A hybrid competition that includes 9 workout stations and a total of 1 mile of running. Each athlete will complete a 400m run to start and finish to stop their total time. After 3 stations, another 400m run.
There will be 3 divisions: Competitive, Open and Fun for both Men and Women.
Each division will have specific weights and modifications (*if need be) so that each station will be standardized and consistent for all athletes. Open and Fun divisions are scalable to be completed for any fitness level.

7. 30 Slamball Burpees

8. 200m Dual Kettlebell Farmer Carry

9. 400m Run

10. 1000m Row

Waves will have 5 athletes go at a time. Each wave will have a time gap between the next wave to avoid bottleneck.
Competitive registrations will be eligible to win prizes from our sponsors including Crossfit Surf City and Hardkour Performance.
Open and Fun waves will be eligible to win raffle prizes from Crossfit Surf City and Hardkour Performance.
