Join fellow alumni, foodies, and those interested in a great night out for a hands-on cooking experience in an intimate outdoor setting at HealthBarn USA. Led by a professional culinary team, we will visit the garden in small groups to harvest a variety of organic toppings and create delicious whole-wheat pizzas that we will grill in the wood-burning pizza oven. In addition to the cooking lesson and pizza, registration includes appetizers, dessert, and tips and recipes for healthy eating. Alumni may bring their own wine and drinks to accompany our meal. Weather permitting, we will enjoy our garden-to-table dining experience on the patio. It promises to be a lovely and relaxing start to summer.
Cost: $50
