NYM iNK is thrilled to launch our NYM Weekender Series Summer Events Calendar 2023! ☀️
We have a summer jam-packed with events for those who want to explore the beautiful outdoors with their brothers and sisters in a halal and Islamic environment!
These are the events coming up ?:
JUNE 10th- Hike @ Quarry Rock
JULY 15th - Kayaking
JULY 29th - BBQ @ Stanley Park
AUG 12th - Hike
✨ ➡️ First up is our Family Hike at Quarry Rock!
We'll start the day going on the Quarry Rock Hike which is a moderately challenging 3.8 km return hike. It takes an average of 1h 30 min to complete. This is a very popular hike that leads to a beautiful view that overlooks Deep Cove, Indian Arm and over to the mountains around Belcarra. The trail is not too difficult but expect many incline/decline switches. It is clean and well-maintained with a mix of scramble, stairs and flat sections.
Following the hike you are welcome to take in the views at Deep Cove where you can walk along the shoreline, enjoy sweet treats from the village and more. Stay tuned for the full itinerary. Bring your friends and family and join us for some Muslim community fun inshaAllah! Open to all!

Date: Saturday, June 10th, 2023
Time: 9:30 am to 1:30pm
Price: $10 per person (Includes lunch and refreshments).
The hike is child friendly but please be mindful of your child's individual capability. We suggest children ages 8+ participate!
