Check-In Location: TBD. Early arrival highly recommended as this is one of the most popular New Year's Eve events in the Dallas area.
Groups: Take advantage of discount group rates on tickets and VIP table packages.
Hotel Check In+Out Times: Hotel check-in time is 4:00pm and check-out is 12:00pm. That being said, hotel room guests can also contact the hotel directly to make a request for earlier check-in and or later check-out time: (214) 397-4100.
Parking: Valet is $39 and self park is $30 at W Dallas Hotel. Self-parking lot is also available at Victory (2min walk across the street into parking garage).
Dress Code: Cocktail attire, upscale chic, black tie encouraged. No ball caps, t-shirts, jeans, tennis shoes will be permitted. Dress to impress.
Covid-19 Protocol (if any at all) For All Guests will be announced closer to the event date, and will be based on current CDC Guideline and City of Dallas' protocols to party safely and responsibly.
