Join Julie Wright and Tara Kristof for a Yin and Yang special class.
Julie will begin with an intentional flow and discussion of Sankalpa, a Sanskrit word that means "intention" or "resolve", and how this fits in with our transition into the New Year, followed by a deep stretch sequence with Tara.
We will finish with an intention setting meditation.
